What size are your socks?
Men's US shoe size 7-13
Women's US shoe size 6-10
What are your socks made of? 70% Combed Cotton, 28% Nylon and 2% Spandex.
Where are your socks made? Our Socks are 100% Canadian designed. They are manufactured in China and Turkey.
Where do you Ship? Anywhere in the world that people have feet. We will even ship to you if you plan to wear them with sandals.
How long does shipping take? Orders are shipped through Canada Post. Expect shipping within North America to take between two and ten business days. UK shipments average around 12 business days. Please note that during the holiday season shipping delays may occur. For more information on shipping through Canada Post during the holiday season click here. What are my payment options? We accept Google Pay, PayPal, Visa and MasterCard.
How do I care for the product? Our socks require a lot of love; make sure that they are washed with like colours in cold water. Hang them to dry and please do not iron them (that would just be cruel).
What is the Uptown Sox Ltd. return policy? Why would you want to return? If you must we will gladly accept returns in unused condition and in their original packaging within 10 days of receiving your shipment.
How can I check my order status?
In order to keep our product at a competitive rate, we do not offer tracking numbers for packages of three socks or less. We will promptly respond to any questions you may have about your order at: info@uptownsox.com
